The Workouts

Do I need equipment for the workouts?

You can do all the workouts without equipment, using just your bodyweight. However, some workouts and exercises are designed to use equipment.


The basic equipment you will need to follow all workouts is a yoga mat, a pair of light, medium and heavy dumbbells, ankle weights and a resistance band.

What are the workouts like?

You'll find 4 different types of workouts including strength, sweat, stretch and pilates. All varying in intensities and lengths.


In the Programs section you’ll find short-term challenges to help you hit specific body and fitness goals.

Do I need previous experience?

No, the workouts have different intensities and lengths. A shorter, calm workout will be more beginner friendly and a good place to start.

How do I save my favourite workouts?

When clicking on your favourite workout if you scroll down, under the video you will see a 'add to my favourites' button. This will add the workout to the top of your library, making it easier to find your favourite classes.

Can I do other activities around the workouts?

Yes, absolutely. Doing more than one form of exercise has many health benefits.

Subscriptions & Billing

What is included in a subscription plan?

Your subscription includes access to all workouts including sweat, strength & stretch classes.


New classes published weekly to keep you motivated.


Unlimited access to all new and old fitness plans to help you reach your goals.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you will have to cancel before your next billing cycle. You can find this date in your profile dashboard under the 'purchases' tab.

How Do I Cancel?

To cancel your subscription you will have to log into your account.

Go to your 'dashboard'

Find the tab 'purchases'

Click 'cancel my subscription'


When you cancel you will receive an email confirming this. If you do not receive an email, please check your membership shows as 'cancelled' in your dashboard.


Can I get a refund?

Sorry we are not able to offer refunds.

How do I switch plans?

Log into your account and head to your dashboard.

Find the tab 'purchases'.

Click 'change' and select your new plan.

On your next billing cycle you will be charged the price of your new plan.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, the billing cycle is a month from your first payment date or annually if you are on the yearly plan.
