Feel Good Fitness is a 6-week program designed with three 20-minute workouts a week, focusing on feel-good movements. Each week you will do one fitness workout, one strength workout and one burn workout. The workouts are designed to fit into your busy daily schedules, so each workout includes a short warm up and cool down, giving you everything you need in one video. 


The program includes three different phases to make sure you continue to progress as you follow the program. 



EQUIPMENT NEEDED


Feel Good Fitness combines bodyweight and dumbbell exercises, so you will need a light pair of dumbbells. The program is all-standing and low impact, so includes no jumping movements.

What is included with the program?

When you purchase the program you will get exclusive access to all the workouts in the Feel Good Fitness program. There is an easy to follow schedule with a downloadable calendar to help you stay on track. I have also included some extra weekly videos from myself to keep you motivated.

Does it include music?

Yes, my new updated studio includes all workouts with music included. You also get the option to follow the programme without music - I have included silent workouts including only timer beeps so you can listen to your own music if you prefer.


You will get access to both the music and non-music versions when you purchase the programme, so you can switch between the two and listen to your own music or follow along with the included music as you wish!

Do I need to be a member to buy the program?

No, the program is available for everybody.

What equipment do I need?

This program uses minimal equipment so the only thing you need is a set of dumbbells. The workouts are a mixture of bodyweight and dumbbell workouts.


For best results, I would recommend using a set of light and medium dumbbells.

How do I watch the workouts?

You can follow the workouts on any device with internet connection. The best viewing device is a laptop or computer, however you can also use your phone or tablet.


You can screencast/screen-share the workouts onto a TV screen if your device has this software.
