THE FEEL GOOD PLAN

This feel-good, low-impact, four-week workout program will help boost your motivation, increase your fitness and put a smile on your face! Filled with feel good all-standing workouts that combine low impact, no jumping, cardio moves to increase your fitness. 


The Feel Good Plan has been designed with exercises to build foundational fitness without placing stress on your joints. The program is suitable for everyone and all workouts require no equipment.


THE PLAN

Three workouts a week for four weeks, all classes are between 15-20 minutes and include a warm up and cool down. I have created a follow along plan below with links to videos, making it easy for you to stay on track. If you want to add in extra workouts, you can fill the days with your favourite classes from the studio.
