GET MOVING PLAN

An all-standing 28-day plan to help you increase your fitness.

Welcome to this 28-day 'Get Moving' plan! This plan has been designed to help you increase your fitness with quick, all-standing home workouts. You do not need any equipment, just yourself and a little bit of space.


THE PLAN

The plan is made up of three workouts a week, all workouts are around 10-12 minutes of all-standing, low impact workouts. I have created a follow along plan below with links to the workouts, making it easy for you to stay on track. If you want to add in extra workouts, you can fill the other days with your favourite classes from the studio.


If you miss a workout don't worry, just pick up where you left off and try to complete each week. Remember, this is your plan to work through at your own pace. The days are not set, you can pick which days of the week you complete each workouts and you can add extra rest days if you need them.


WHY?

When trying to improve your fitness it is important to increase the intensity of your workouts. All the workouts in this plan have been designed with feel-good exercises that get you moving but are still only 10-12 minutes long, helping you to build consistency around shorter workouts.
