ALL-IN-ONE PLAN

A 28-day fitness plan including different types of home workouts.

The All-In-One plan is perfect if you are looking to try new workouts or for anyone wanting to get back into a routine. The plan is designed to help introduce you to new workout styles and to help you take the next step in your fitness journey. All the workouts in the plan are between 15-20 minutes long.


THE PLAN

Four workouts a week including 3 workouts and 1 stretch/yoga class. All workouts are between 15-20 minutes long with a range of workout styles including pilates workouts, yoga classes, bodyweight strength workouts and feel good sweat classes. I have created a follow along plan below with links to videos, making it easy for you to stay on track. If you want to add in extra workouts, you can fill the other days with your favourite classes from the studio.


It's important to make this plan your own! If you miss a workout don't worry, just pick up where you left off and try to complete each week. This is your plan to work through at your own pace, days are not set; pick which days of the week you complete each workout and add extra rest days if you need them.
