A fun four week fitness plan to target the lower body.

This four week workout program will help strengthen and tone your legs and booty with feel good workouts that combine bodyweight, pilates and strength training.


The Leg & Booty Plan has been designed to target all the muscles in the lower body without placing stress on your joints with low impact, no jumping workouts. The program is suitable for everyone.


THE PLAN

Three workouts a week for four weeks, all classes are between 5-20 minutes.  I have created a follow along plan below with links to videos, making it easy for you to stay on track. If you want to add in extra workout days a week, you can fill the days with your favourite classes from the studio.
