UPPER & ABS SCULPT

A four week fitness plan to target your upper body, abs and core.

This four week workout program will help strengthen and tone your entire upper body and abs. The plan combines bodyweight and strength training.


The Upper & Abs plan has been designed to use dumbbells to help increase our strength. To get the full benefits of the plan you will need a pair of light, medium and heavy dumbbells. If this is not possible you can use what you have and still be able to complete the full workouts.


THE PLAN

Three workouts a week for four weeks, all classes are between 5-20 minutes.  I have created a follow along plan below with links to videos, making it easy for you to stay on track. If you want to add in extra workout days a week, you can fill the days with your favourite classes from the studio.
