A SIX-WEEK WORKOUT PLAN

Welcome to SCULPT! A six-week home fitness plan to tone up and increase your fitness with low impact exercises.


The plan includes 5 workouts a week for 6 weeks. Each workout is 20 minutes long, including a warm up and cool down. The days are flexible meaning you can move workouts to suit your lifestyle and include rest days if needed. Make sure you complete all workouts by the end of the week.


At the beginning of week 4 the plan starts back with workout 1. Workouts are repeated to give you a chance to get familiar with the exercises and measure progress throughout the plan. I have included a full clickable schedule to follow below. 


Equipment needed: 1x pair of light dumbbells 


SCULPT is the second fitness plan in my MOVE SERIES and the progression from MOVE.
